I came to check out the 2013 Honda Pilot in April 2013. In fact, as I told him at the time, it was the most thorough presentation I had received at any dealership I had visited so far, which included Suburu, Toyota, Ford and GMC, especially with regard to financial options. He did not press any particular plan, presented the pros and cons of this or that one, and allowed the purchaser to make up his own mind. He told me he has only been with Parkway Honda for some 1,5 years, but his extensive knowledge of automobiles, especially high end, seemed to inform his advice. After a test drive, and seeing my problem with leg room, he then investigated with Honda as to whether or not there was any way that the front driver’s seat could be moved back several inches, through rewelding, etc., which there wasn’t. This has been an unfortunate problem with several Japanese cars, including most (not all) Toyota models but not Suburu. Honda and Toyota should reconsider their designs as I am sue they are losing many potential customers. We had such a friendly rendezvous that I invited the Syed family for a picnic at our farm. More

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Paolo, through whom I leased a 2013 Civic. The entire experience was stress-free and even enjoyable. I had visited several other car dealerships before I went to Parkway Honda, and in many cases, I found that the stereotypical image of a car salesman was unfortunately accurate. I had to deal with manipulative, dishonest, pushy salespeople; to be honest, I was about at the end of my rope. I'll spare you the details, but suffice it to say that the experiences I had elsewhere were unpleasant in many ways. Paolo changed the way I see car salesmen. He was straightforward, honest, and helpful. At no point was he pushy with me, nor did he make me feel uncomfortable in any way. He is a true gentleman. Also, his sense of humour is delightful. He made the process of getting a new car an exciting experience, rather than a stressful one. Paolo was also very professional and prompt in everything that he did for me. Even when there was a slight delay in getting my car, he was quick to call me and keep me updated. He apologized politely and was concise in delivering the news to me. I will return to him whenever I need another new car in the future. More

I hate buying a new car - probably why I waited 13+ years to replace my 1999 CR-V. However, Paolo made it easy. (Also, choosing a colour :-) When the car was ready, Paolo also gave me a great tour of the car and its features and even helped me to link my Blackberry to the car via Bluetooth. We have been customers of Parkway Honda for many years and we have always had a great experience with this dealership. In April, we went into the dealership to look at upgrading our 2007 CRV with an inte and we have always had a great experience with this dealership. He provided us with exceptional service. He really listened to our needs, was not pushy in any way, yet was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He truly went above and beyond with the customer service that he provided to us. We are very pleased with our new CRV and can't thank Bernie enough for all his help. Our used car buying experience at Parkway Honda was generally very good, but some parts of it were painfully slow and frustrating. Paul Lee explained the financial aspects of the transaction and associated warranty provisions to us and answered all of our questions effectively. Unfortunately, the negotiating process was slow and painful, and by the time an agreement was reached and paperwork had been prepared and explained, the entire test-drive and purchasing process had taken more than 3.5 hours, in spite of quick decisions on our part. We did not leave the building as a delighted customer ... this should not have been the case, given the purchase of a used car that is exactly what we wanted. We were pleased to learn of the support that Parkway Honda is offering to the Canadian Cancer Society as an incientive to provide survey feedback. More

Aim always goes above and beyond to advise about the vehicle and assist in selection of options. He is a joy to deal with. The pricing at Parkway is beyond competitive and the entire experience was seamless and efficient as always. The entire Parkway Honda team is excellent. She spent considerable time with test driving and discussion leading up to my decision to purchase a Pilot (had considered Odyssey and CRV as well). I enjoyed dealing with Cynthia and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Honda vehicle. Note that I am from the east end (Pickering) so Parkway Honda is by no means the closest dealership to me but I will travel there again when I am looking for my next vehicle. More
