I went to Parkway Honda with my wife to buy a 2009 Honda Civic thinking that choosing a car is such a hectic and time consuming process. He showed us cars that we wanted to see, did test drive, disclosed all the information about them, and gave us the reports. He is friendly and not pushy; he gave us time to think. We talked about the price which was reasonable. He disclosed all the costs and by the way administrative costs were included in the price as advertised on line. I am happy that the whole experience was great and we will recommend this dealership to our friends. More

I went to this dealership because I had heard there would not be the usual game with the salesman and manager back and forth over price. This was true. My experience led me to make a purchase at our first meeting, rather than do any more shopping around. This was in sharp contrast to my visit to another dealer a couple days earlier. I had been given such a laughable trade-in value that I knew immediately how I was going to be treated. We came into Parkway Honda looking for 2013 CRV but were told it was sold out. Honestly, we didn't really want pay more for 2014 model which is pretty much the same as 2013 one but we've decided to hang aro told it was sold out. We were then introduced to Danny Yang by the beautiful and super friendly receptionist Jennifer (who we would like to express our appreciation as well). Danny was professional and very friendly. He learned what we need and told us lots of information about CRV and then both my wife and I test-drove the CRV. We didn’t go ahead with the purchase on that day because we wanted to make the final decision between CRV between Ford Escape and we told Danny so. Danny was very nice about it and he thanked us. We came back to make the purchase after two days. In our opinion, Danny is one of the most important reasons we decided to purchase the CRV. He is quite knowledgeable, friendly and not trying to push the sale aggressively like some other dealer we have met. We felt really comfortable with him. Jennifer certainly made us feel very welcomed as well. Thanks Danny and Jennifer for making our car purchase experience so enjoyable.
