Parkway Honda

I went to Parkway Honda on Jan 31, 2014 at 6:00-6:15 pm. My plan was to discuss and buy about a used Honda car. Unfortunately, I found the section is closed. Looked for someone here and there and decided to come out. Meantime, one gentleman came to the used car section and asked me if I am looking for someone. I told him my issue but he said that section is closed and everyone has gone. I asked him if he can assist me, although he was assisting another customer and almost time to leave. He introduced himself as A. Mujib and went beyond and above. He listened to my problem, took VIN number of my existing car and promised to help me on next business day. He called me next morning (Feb 1st) and suggested me to bring the required papers and documents on Feb 4th @ 5:30 pm. I appreciate his helping attitude. More

Thus, I went to Honda Parkway since it seems that it is the best de out where are the best Honda dealerships based on people experiences and reviews. Thus, I went to Honda Parkway since it seems that it is the best dealership in Ontario. I arranged an appointment with Sunny Paul, and he is really nice and knowledgeable guy. I test drive two cars (Odyssey and Pilot) with him. He was patient and respectful. Finally, we have a deal and I purchased the Pilot :) Sunny and Mark are extremely professionals and helpful. They appreciated the fact that I came from Waterloo and they did not disappoint me. Cory is also very professional as well. He showed me all different upgrade packages and explained what should I consider. Aim Mujib is also helpful and professional. He helped me to get the final paperwork done as well set up my car for me. Thanks you guys and Thank you Parkway Honda for such a great team. Please keep it up. More

The costumer service given to me and my wife was great and so far since i've got my certified civic don't have any problem with the ca November 2012. Parkway Honda has a large showroom where we were able to check out our desired vehicle - the Honda Fit - at our leisure without being hounded by a pushy salesperson. In fact, once we were ready for a test check out our desired vehicle - the Honda Fit - at our leisure without being hounded by a pushy salesperson. In fact, once we were ready for a test drive, we found Sasha to be knowledgeable, friendly and laid back from the start. We enjoyed the test drive, of course. I loved the car, but explained that this was only our first stop that day. We were then pleasantly surprised when Sasha put some different leasing options in writing for us and gave us a copy to take home. We were free to leave with the information so we could think about it! This was a very different experience than we had at another Honda dealership a few weeks prior where we had to pay a deposit before they would even talk about pricing. That deal ultimately fell through due to bait and switch tactics and extreme distrust. We did visit other dealerships after leaving Parkway and test drove another car, but quickly determined that we liked the Honda Fit the best, that Parkway had the best pricing and that were most comfortable dealing with Sasha. We returned to Parkway the next day where my fiance completed the negotiations while I relaxed in the very nice waiting area. He said Paul Lee was also easy to deal with and laid out all of the options clearly so we could make a decision without any pressure. I can't wait to get the keys to my first Honda and we would recommend Parkway and return there ourselves based on our great experience. More
