Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and just made my experience amazing. Sasha and Christine were fun to work with. They put up with all my questions as a lot of this was very new to me. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a smile by reception. Christine went over the car with me and she took her time, didn't jump away from anything. Parkway Honda has outstanding customer service bar none. We will do this again with my next one. For now, I am in love with my 2015. THANK YOU! More

I was introduced to Sasha Ghaffari to help me with my search. I started looking at used CRV's and also considered buying a new CRV but the selection of new vehicles was running low as it was late in the model year since there was a good rebate offered by Honda Canada. Because I was going on vacation before I could pick a vehicle, I decided to defer until I returned. At no point was I pressured to buy. It was like "ok, we will pick up the process when you get back". After I returned, the 2015's were being announced and a decision was made quickly. The ordering process was straight forward and communication during the wait for the car was appropriate. After the car arrived, the delivery process was also easy and professional. Sasha knew the vehicle inside out even though there were lots of new features on the 2015 versus the 2014. Sasha was patient and thorough. Throughout the entire purchase process, I never felt pressured or out of control. Thanks Sasha and Parkway for making a potentially stressful experience a pleasure. More

Amber Phillips offered fantastic service at Parkway Honda I originally went in to Parkway Honda to test drive a Honda fit and upon finding the vehicle not suitable for our needs we were very disappointed. Amb I originally went in to Parkway Honda to test drive a Honda fit and upon finding the vehicle not suitable for our needs we were very disappointed. Amber was very knowledgeable on her Honda vehicles and asked us what we were looking for. My wife and I indicated that we needed lot of room and a more luxurious feel but wanted a manual transmission but couldn't afford a very expensive vehicle. These were not easy demands to be met but Amber went back to the drawing board and came up with a solution. She said that they have a great lineup of Honda certified used vehicles available. I was hesitant because I wanted a new vehicle and didn't think a used car could measure up. As we stepped into the parking lot my eyes met with a beautiful Honda Accord. As Amber hit the unlock button, the lights on the Accord I was staring at lit up. My jaw nearly hit the floor as I couldn't believe this was a used car. As I sat in it I knew I wanted it. It had everything we wanted in a car. Lots of room, a luxurious smooth ride and 6 spd manual. I couldn't believe it. A couple days later I picked the vehicle up and Amber was great. The car only had one key and she threw in another key ($120 value) for free. She also threw in rear seat cover for free. I drove away feeling full satisfied and without any second thoughts of where I would go if I were to purchase a car again. Parkway Honda is by far the best dealership in Toronto. The great service, free gourmet coffee/tea, video games for kids and just overall no pressure sales makes the environment at Parkway Honda a great place to visit.
