Changed my opinion In 2000 I called this dealer to inquire about the New Odyssey design as it had just became a full size van. The salesman on the phone laughed and said "deals, we don't do deals, we have the hottest minivan on the market." Incredibe arrogance! There are about 20 Honda dealers in the GTA. I bought a 2000 Pontiac Montana and vowed I would never go there. My boycott lasted fourteen years. On December 20, 2014 I inquired about a used van Parkway advertised online. After looking for six months I decided not to cut Parkway out of the mix. What a turnaround! My recent experience looks like this. I inquired about the van online and communicated a sense of urgency. I received a phone call in thirty minutes from Dilip. We set an appointment for the same afternoon. I arrived at the dealership, the van was ready for a test drive. The van was in immaculate condition. All that was left was concluding the deal. I have never found ANY Honda dealership to give much on price. This vehicle was fairly priced. Dilip referred me to Paul Lee in Finance who explained my warranty options thoroughly. When I opted out of the warranty given the vehicles low KMs, Paul printed off the information and gave it to me in case I wanted to add it on later. Finally a word about the dealership. The showroom was immaculate. The usual cars displayed but more than that. All employees dressed appropriately or in Honda logo'd clothing. From the hostesses who point you in the right direction according to your need or attentive service personnel, I felt I was in the presence of professionals at every step of the process. You redeemed yourself to me Parkway. Oh yeah, my pre-owned Odyssey is awesome! Parkway will be my first stop next time. More
