The business department at that location is Hi, after buying two cars from that location, i moved to the US and i requested to refund the Honda plus that's not valid in United States, they ac Hi, after buying two cars from that location, i moved to the US and i requested to refund the Honda plus that's not valid in United States, they accepted and i start dealing with Cory (Finance) but he left for another job and before we completed process my request. i get the contact information of the person taking over and it been almost a month trying to reach out to that person, leaving voicemails sending emails no answer, looks like as soon as they get your money don't bother going back to them is you have anything. something to keep in you mind when buying from them. Not trustworthy I got a new car from Parkway Honda last December. On their sales survey I indicated that I may not be going to Parkway Honda to service my Car as it i I got a new car from Parkway Honda last December. On their sales survey I indicated that I may not be going to Parkway Honda to service my Car as it is a little far from my home. Some one from Parkway called me and asked me to try their service by offering me a free oil change. When I went there for service they gladly accepted my car honoring the free oil change offer and waived the fee. Once the service is done they came back to me saying they cannot honor the offer because there is no note on their file indicating the same. Why didn't they say this when they accepted the car ? These guys are not trustworthy. Customers please don't get overwhelmed with their high rating, it is just their tactic. A customer gives a better rating just because he trusts the company and if the company doesn't reciprocate the same it doesn't stand good. I didn't mind paying for my service but they could have been transparent with me about this upfront rather than revealing it once the service is all done. I was indeed considering doing the extra mile drive every time if I'm happy with the service, but not anymore. More

I looked on line and saw that Parkway had good reviews, so off I went and it was well worth the long drive. The positive reviews on line are well deserved. I was greeted almost immediately by a very friendly receptionist who determined what I needed and found me a salesperson right away. Todor was attentive, listened to my needs and wish list, and we were able to find a vehicle that met all my criteria in a very short time. This was the most pleasant and efficient car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Todor and this dealership to anyone. And I love my new 2105 CRV!! More
