Did everything possible (without pushing me) to settle for a Honda FIT. I am excited to drive my new car and can't wait to have the color of my choice. Very comfortable and pleasant experience, especially when the staff is so nice and there to guide you through the whole process. Met with Brandon Keen, a very pleasant nice young man who took my info and keys and delivered them to someone I was never introduced to. A short period later the honeymoon came to an abrupt end when I received their offer on my trade. I thought it was odd the offer was not in writing and was scribbled on a piece of paper. Nothing formal and definitely not professional. It was like the did not want to do a deal. I thought the offer was incredibly insulting, despite the fact they knew they were in competition with other Honda Dealers. I had other offers that were far superior, plus I had done as much research as I could about the vehicles trade in value. Brandon immediately called the appraiser. I gathered from the conversation 'the appraiser' was willing to come up, but they were so far off the mark I simply thanked Brandon for his time and left. I did not want waste any more of my time. I caution anyone with a trade to do their due diligence and get three or four quotes from other dealers. While Parkway's cash sale price was the best, they became the worst by a HUGE margin when the trade was factored in. More

Our speaker "The Car Lady" Christine was great, she gave us a ton of tips to get the most out of our car and best of all save money. She answered all our questions and provided a fun interactive experience. We even got to check out the service bays where we were given a tour under the hood of a car and shown the breaking system and how it works. Even the food they served tasted great! More
