These clinics provide valuable information pertaining to various topics for customers who have recently purchased vehicles at the dealership. The evening session I recently attended was excellent! The clinician, Christine Mitchell, was very knowledgeable and she initially addressed a variety of topics in her presentation (e.g., technology review such as Bluetooth; warranty information; Maintenance Minders). Throughout the clinic, Christine also competently responded to all customers’ questions and she identified resources that are available to customers who seek further information (e.g., “Parkway Honda Help Videos” on the dealership’s Youtube Channel). The clinician also made it entertaining by illustrating pertinent details with a few humorous anecdotes. There was subsequently, an opportunity to visit the Service Department where we (the customers) were able to see the brakes and under the hood of a vehicle. At this time, Christine completely reviewed the various aspects of the servicing of the vehicle. She also stressed the importance of following the service and maintenance schedule for your car and ideally having this work performed by competent professional Honda technicians. In conclusion, I sincerely appreciate the learning opportunity that was provided through the “Car Care Clinic” as well as the efforts by the Parkway Honda staff to make the dealership a most welcoming and informative environment. More

Exceptional car buying experience I was lucky enough to be introduced to Michael when I walked in the door. Due to previous car buying experiences, I had done my research and looked up as much as I could to avoid feeling as if I had been "taken". With Michael, there were no games or hidden elements. He went out of his way to ensure that I understood every aspect of the transaction, and went to great lengths to make it work for my situation. I found Michael to be genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. He must have spent hours answering my many questions. I felt like Michael was personally invested in helping me find a car, making it work within my financial constraints, and ensuring all the details for delivery were looked after.
