I just finished purchasing my first new car. I can tell you I went to nearly every Honda and Acura dealership in the GTA, and even some in Pickering. In the end, I felt most comfortable with Tatjana. She showed me multiple cars, both used and new (I was deciding between both), and was never pushy or aggressive. She was patient with me until I found the car that was right for me. After purchasing the vehicle, she took the time to come in when I picked it up and literally show me all the new features. I had been driving a '99 model till now, so many of the new technologies were strange to me. Once again, she was patient in explaining everything and told me not to hesitate contacting her should I need more help. Compared to the other sales reps I dealt with, Tatjana was by far the kindest and sincerest one in the GTA. More
