thank you Had a problem with the way my car was handling after snow tires were put on. Frank was very helpful, he had someone test drive my car and see if they could understand the problem I was experiencing. First driver said the car was fine but I still thought it wasn't. Frank was happy to get another member of his staff come for a test drive. On the second test drive the driver again said the car was fine but also went on to explain why I was feeling what I was feeling with regards to the drive. I've had some rough visits with this dealership and I've thought about getting a different brand of car; but today parkview bmw was superb and the level of service I received was exceptional. More

Bad Service!!! I have been going to Parkview for over 12 years and currently on my 4th lease. I took my car in for regular service and when I got it back the windshi I have been going to Parkview for over 12 years and currently on my 4th lease. I took my car in for regular service and when I got it back the windshield was cracked! I made another return apt to review and was told it was not their problem, but that they would be happy to replace it at regular charge!??Why would they do a full service and NOT outline that there was a problem??? Terribly dissapointed and I will NEVER lease or service my car there again! shameful. More

All they seem to care about is getting a top rating so they can collect bonuses. I will never buy another vehicle from them. More
horrible customer service From the very first car I purchased (second handed) and new to just recently I've only owned Honda's. At Honda each time I required service I received nothing but extraordinary service from shuttles to rental cars etc. Just three weeks ago I buy a BMW and with BMW I had expectations that the service provided would be even better than Honda since it is a luxury car company. Boy! was I wrong I was shocked at the service I received, I felt lower then the floor walked on. I went in for a tire check since the electronics indicated I had an issue with one of the tires. A mechanic informed me I would need a new tire and that I would need to leave the car. Not a problem since i had bought warranty and all would be covered even a rental would be included. I ask Mr. Patel (who served me) if I could get a shuttle to take me home or a car and his reply was "no", he stated that he can take me to the nearest Subway "What"? However he stated that if i had purchased the BMW extended insurance that I would have better coverage. "are you Kidding me", so if i purchased BMW extended ins then you would shuttle me home or provide a car? I will never, never ever go to this dealership again NEVER! even if i have to drive hours away to go to another dealership. Unbelievable!!!! everyone I told of this can't believe it. More
Warranty and Service Issues Have a 2009 BMW 335i with a known manufacturer defect. For 2 years the dealership serviced my car and did not fix the issue (even though the symptoms Have a 2009 BMW 335i with a known manufacturer defect. For 2 years the dealership serviced my car and did not fix the issue (even though the symptoms and problem were widely known; needed to replace all fuel injectors). The dealership waited until my extended warranty expired and then told me I needed to pay $6K for new injectors and a LP fuel pump. Ended up in a huge fight w service dept and BMW Canada - who finally paid half. Parkview no longer wanted to service my vehicle after my interactions w BMW HQ. In short - it's criminal what BMW does to customers - especially when you have a non-warranty vehicle and especially when there are KNOWN AND DOCUMENTED issued w their product. I would never recommend BMW to anyone, and this dealership is the worst of the worst. My advice - be sure to Google "BMW Model Type Problems" and visit the owner forums BEFORE you buy a BMW. It's amazing what you'll uncover. And avoid Parkview - they lack customer empathy, won't do the right thing, and take no responsibility for proactively helping customers with defective product (even when they KNOW it's defective). In my case, they took advantage of my situation; waited till things broke and then said I had to pay. They got their $3K - but now have a brand detractor, and someone who will never buy another vehicle from them again. More
