A botched timing chain repair has lead to 3 trips back to get the vehicle back in proper running and sounding condition. A fan issue has appeared in the meantime. We asked for some support based on the fact that this car is about to be handed down to our son and a new car is on the near horizon for mom. No interest is softening the shock of the fan repair to foster good relations based on botched timing chain repair .m Shocking really but based on this treatment we have no affinity for the dealtership and will question if the next car will be a BMW or not. Audi and Lexus have some great looking and performing vehicles. Seriously think twice before you deal with Parkview. More

The rep assigned to me texted me this(Exact message pasted): Jason Mui @ Parkview BMW: hi, your brake right side it out. it will be about $95 plus taxes. di you want us to replace it? I said YES. Turns out, it was the BRAKE LIGHT that was out & not the Brake itself, & these dishonest people charged me $92 for a $6-$7 light by lying to me! Next, they said I will be contacted when the car is ready, but they didn't. I messaged them asking if it was ready, here is another message, pasted exactly as I got it: Jason Mui @ Parkview BMW: yes it is ready. sorry, I didnt reply, we do close at 6pm. So I had to wait another day & take a cab (another expense, due to their incompetence) as there is no Shuttle service on Saturdays! Next day, I go to pick up my car. The receptionist asked me to wait. I waited for about 45 minutes and then I went to the reception again & there was another receptionist who said she THREW away my vehicle slip assuming that I have been helped. So she takes me to a rep & I get my car in 2 mins, which should have happened 45 minutes ago. Since January 2018, I have spent way over $4000 at this place & this is the kind of Dishonest and Horrible service I get. SHAME ON YOU PARKVIEW BMW!!! More

Choose a BMW dealership with better service Parkview BMW was a pleasure to deal with to buy/lease a car. Unfortunately, Parkview BMW provided very poor service following pick up of the car. It appears the service department is overwhelmed and can take days to even diagnose any problems. Appointment times are not honoured and there is no emergency service available (unlike other BMW dealerships). Promises of loaner cars while you are serviced are illusory. Additional insurance purchased at time of leasing not honoured. Despite promises to provide a complete vehicle check, only minimal work is being performed (oil change). Incorrect information regarding BMW services provided during appointment (no roadside assistance available after 6 months). Corrected/clarified by following up with the person who sold me the car (roadside assistance available for four years). More

Tommy Chan, upon learning that I was interested in purchasing a winter wheel and tire package, provided me with assistance in choosing the one best suited to my needs. There were two packages recommended for my recently purchased 2017 X3. Tommy showed me what the actual wheels and tires looked like. I was not merely shown a picture and asked to make a choice. Tommy introduced me to Parkview's tire expert, and together these two gentlemen pointed out the merits of each package, then left the decision up to me. Tommy did, however, tell me what he thought would look best on my X3. In practically no time at all, the installation was complete, and my vehicle was washed. Tommy Chan is a very busy salesman, always on the move. Yet on a Friday evening, as business was winding down at the dealership, Tommy expressed an active interest in my purchase, making sure that I was fully satisfied. I have purchased several vehicles from Parkview BMW, each with Tommy Chan's assistance. As far as I am concerned, if you are interested in owning a BMW, Parkview is the dealership to visit. And, you should ask for Tommy Chan. More
