Bad experience at service department. Not something that I expected from BMW... While booking the oil change appointment, I was quoted a price. They had all the details of my Car. I completed the purchase f I expected from BMW... While booking the oil change appointment, I was quoted a price. They had all the details of my Car. I completed the purchase from same dealer. Next when I dropped the car, again they came with paper work that showed same price quote. I agreed to pay and ask them to perform the service while I waited in reception area. After 30 mins service advisor comes back and says, price would be double now because earlier quote was for different engine model. They tried to make it seem like that it's my fault that their system did not capture the right engine model or they failed to notice it. Service advisor was so rude that this dealership will be last place I will ever think of going to get a service or any other business. Due to all this mishaps, failure to acknowledge their mistake, and rude behavior, I decided not to go with service there and left with a bad taste. Still regretting my decision of choosing this dealership for service..I wasted my 2 hours time on weekday (not even mentioning the gas and driving time) .. More

The help I received from Bobby Milanakis is second to none as always. It’s why I continue to purchase from Parkview. I think I’m on vehicle 6 or 7 now. none as always. It’s why I continue to purchase from Parkview. I think I’m on vehicle 6 or 7 now. More

Crooked Service Department It’s clear to me that this dealership is aware of their issues based on their responses to the negative reviews (which definitely have a theme), yet i It’s clear to me that this dealership is aware of their issues based on their responses to the negative reviews (which definitely have a theme), yet it seems as if they’ve done nothing about it and that their offerings to resolve the issues are too late. My 2015 BMW 435i started to develop a wobbly/clunking noise coming from the front left wheel area with about a week left of warranty on the car (the car only had 32,760km on it). Brought it in to Parkview BMW and they diagnosed the issue to be failed front struts. Had to wait a week for the struts to come in (they were out of stock) and the dealership replaced them under warranty, but still heard a noise when they road tested it and chalked it up to a bad tie rod, so they replaced the left tie rod under warranty too. When I picked up the car I noticed that the noise was still there. Called my SA to let him know that I can still hear the noise and he set up an appointment to bring the car back (by this time the warranty had expired and its about a month later as the Christmas holidays got in the way). The technicians looked at the car again and this time thought it was the bushings, so they replaced the bushings (under warranty) and I picked up the car. Immediately I noticed that the noise was significantly softer, but still there. I told my SA that its still faintly there, but definitely an improvement, and so mentioned that I was concerned about it coming back. He said if it comes back to bring the car in. Well, Covid hit and so I wasn't driving that much, but the noise gradually came back over a couple of months and is now actually worse then it was before. Brought the car in to Parkview and they basically said that the front struts need to be replaced. I mentioned that they were already replaced approx. 2000km ago (the car now has just under 35,000km on it). They then said that they noticed some tire and rim damage and thought that I had hit something which caused the struts to fail. They are correct in that there is damage to my tire and rim, but that happened well over a year ago and has nothing to do with the current issue. They quoted about $2k plus tax to repair the struts. I told them not to do the work, as I questioned if they diagnosed the issue properly from the beginning. So in the end, the car had a problem while under warranty, was misdiagnosed by the technician and repaired although the repair did not ultimately resolve the issue, and now that the warranty has expired they won’t repair the car for the problem they misdiagnosed in the first place. From my point of view, the issue was reported under the warranty period, they tried to fix it but failed and so the repair should still be covered. If they would have diagnosed the issue correctly in the first place then everything would have been fine. Instead they now they want me to foot the bill for something that they already replaced 2000km ago. What if this doesn’t resolve the problem (which they missed before)? Do I keep shelling out money for an incompetent mechanic team until they get it right? And not to mention the insult of them trying to pin it on a damaged wheel from over a year ago. It’s dealerships like this that confirm the stereotype of being crooked & shifty. Be very wary of this dealership. More
