I have always received; an extremely fair - straightforward deal, no nonsense & efficient predictable service time and again, while being genuinely treated 1st class all the way! Car has had issues which they've tried to hide and deny, and claim that they'll service it "off the books". Owner fails to take any responsibility. Will definitely take legal action. Do not waste your time at this dealership, they give BMW a bad name. Worse than some of the used car dealerships I've seen here. More
