BMW Parkview Service is Horrible . They tried to charge me for a faulty camera while the car BMW 535) was still under warranty. Realizing, I know about my car more than the average pe . Realizing, I know about my car more than the average people, they changed course and said it was under warranty and the technician made a mistake in his diagnosis. After more than a month they called me and booked an appointment. Yet they didn't fix the car without giving me a loaner, without apologizing. Their excuse was that "the technician didn't have time to fix the car" and that I had to book an appointment another day. They even were not willing to give me loaner this time, unless I book another appointment in a week!! I mean, why do we buy BMW's when we get horrible customer service and are treated worse than the cheapest car dealer in town? More

One problem leads to another. I have owned 4 BMW's over 15 years. I now own none. They are designed to last 3 years and then they break ad they break and they break. They charge a fortune to repair your car (thousands of dollars) and often they forget to put the car back together properly. I have had so many bad experiences over the past 10 years with them that I finally went down the road to Lexus and got rid of my BMW forever. All they care about is being courteous because that is how they are measured by BMW Canada. Its a joke. They even call you after the visit asking you to give them full marks should BMW Canada call you with a customer satisfaction survey. They don't care about your car, they don't care about fixing it and you always leave feeling totally ripped off. You have to wait an average of 10 days to get a loaner vehicle. The whole thing is just completely frustrating and unpleasant. Don't buy BMW's they are actually made in North America with GM parts and are plastic and unreliable. If that's German engineering, I am a banana. More

Residual value issues Parkview BMW.. Buyer beware.. or else.. Leased at Parkview.. 320i .. The Residual value as per contrace was 17800. Overage on Kilometers and excess wear of $4,000. Felt pressured, rushed to refinance the car without full knowledge of the "True" value of the car. (I never did my own due deligence. Shame on me.) Within a day or so after signing... realized the black book price was 9000. Wanted to cancel the contract. Prior to the end of lease, usually BMW discusses options.. Here they did not. Morals.. None.. Kaitie Quin owner, would not let me cancel the contract. Need I say more ! More

Amazing Experience at Parkview BMW Came in the dealership and spoke to Sergei (Sales Person). Nice and knowledgeable young guy. Showed me the whole car in and out( I went to 2 other BMW dealers before which he didn't know so I know what to compare this to). Really easy going and didn't try to harass me into buying a car right away. Told me that there are some great incentives right now and literally showed them to me on his computer. Nobody did that for me before and I was always told to present an offer. I asked him what he was able to do for me and he gave me a flat out answer without giving me the run around. As soon as he did that I knew I was going to buy from him. He offered me a demo car and told me he could even save me a bit more which I was really happy with. Purchased the car from him and met the Manager ( Matthew) who was very pleasant as well. I knew it was a demo so I expected that it won't look like brand new but they made sure that the car looked amazing. Everything was perfect. Will definitely come back and purchase from them again if the finances will allow me to do so. More

Little charges such as topping up fluids when vehicle checked two days earlier is also a charge on today's invoice! You need to fight for some minor refund. No more dealing with this dealership More
