Knowledgeable, approachable, patient with no pushy sales, to-the-point and efficient appointments/paperwork and expert knowledge at the tutorial with Adrian to learn the car's technology and systems. All this added to a great experience and if BMW keep on producing great cars, we will be customers for life. Oh, and the red bow on the car in the delivery suite was a nice touch too!
