Initially we went in thinking of buying a pre-owned vehicle in hopes of keeping the costs down, but after a great discussion with Bilal going over options and prices, we soon realized that leasing was our best option. Bilal was straightforward with me and asked me what price I was willing to pay so that he could give us the best options and make it happen. Never did we feel like we were being taken advantage of or being led to buy something out of our means. They genuinely wanted us to be happy with our decision and made it happen within the constraints of our budget. The vehicle is amazing and I have great peace of mind knowing that maintenance costs over the term of my lease are covered by the no-charge scheduled maintenance offer. Thank you to all of the Parkview BMW staff who helped get us into our first BMW! More

We were then introduced to Kenneth Eggett who was exceptional in making sure that all our questions get addressed/answered to our complete satisfaction. On delivery day, a BMW product specialist gave us a full training of all features and functions of the car, and offered to stay in touch and help should we need any support down the road.
