We were then introduced to Kenneth Eggett who was exceptional in making sure that all our questions get addressed/answered to our complete satisfaction. On delivery day, a BMW product specialist gave us a full training of all features and functions of the car, and offered to stay in touch and help should we need any support down the road. Extremely Satisfied Customer Over and Over Again! I just purchased my fourth BMW from Parkview and the reason I continue to return over and over again is because I get treated like royalty with each v I just purchased my fourth BMW from Parkview and the reason I continue to return over and over again is because I get treated like royalty with each visit and the vehicle itself just keeps on improving like the service. It just cannot get any better. Dave Golding is my go to sales person and he has never steered me wrong! He knows his cars and is always of great help with his expertise. Mr. Cerullo helped me out at first with all of the business side of things and he was extremely friendly and helpful and when he became unavailable Aras Farsad had taken his place and went far beyond and above what was expected of him. So helpful, patient and kind just like everyone at the dealorship. Upon delivery I then met Adrian Lupo who once again kept the level of service delivered with a very high standard beyond my expectations and has continued to do so since I drove the car off the lot. Any questions or help needed has always been taken care of efficiently and with great care. Mr Kulan, who I've just spoken to for the first time yet again surprised me with his kindness and helpful direction. The car itself is a dream and if you've never experienced a BMW X5 now is the time.
