Bilal showed me a few different cars but I was a little hesitant about getting a 3 series. That's when he showed me a 5 series which I absolutely loved. If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't have bought the 5 series. He went out of his way to show us different cars and was very patient when dealing with us. I recommend dealing with him because of his strong values. He is a very good salesperson. He will find you the right car and get it to you as early as possible like he did with me. More

horrible customer service From the very first car I purchased (second handed) and new to just recently I've only owned Honda's. At Honda each time I required service I received From the very first car I purchased (second handed) and new to just recently I've only owned Honda's. At Honda each time I required service I received nothing but extraordinary service from shuttles to rental cars etc. Just three weeks ago I buy a BMW and with BMW I had expectations that the service provided would be even better than Honda since it is a luxury car company. Boy! was I wrong I was shocked at the service I received, I felt lower then the floor walked on. I went in for a tire check since the electronics indicated I had an issue with one of the tires. A mechanic informed me I would need a new tire and that I would need to leave the car. Not a problem since i had bought warranty and all would be covered even a rental would be included. I ask Mr. Patel (who served me) if I could get a shuttle to take me home or a car and his reply was "no", he stated that he can take me to the nearest Subway "What"? However he stated that if i had purchased the BMW extended insurance that I would have better coverage. "are you Kidding me", so if i purchased BMW extended ins then you would shuttle me home or provide a car? I will never, never ever go to this dealership again NEVER! even if i have to drive hours away to go to another dealership. Unbelievable!!!! everyone I told of this can't believe it. More
