Recently I went back to Parkview and met with Cherry Jiang in sales inquiring about the SUV's I was not quite sure about which brand to go for ,I was also considering Audi and Porsches as well. Anyways make things simplified Cherry made everything so smooth and amazing. Also the finance mgr Mathiew Grand was extremely accomodating .It was overall an awesome experience again. This is one of those exceptions where I had a really good experience with my purchase. My wife and I were in the market looking to upgrade our car to something bigger and we were considering BMW X1/X3, Mazda CX-5, Nexus NX200, and a couple other vehicles. We were originally planning to visit BMW at Yonge/Steele since we live just about 5 minutes away from it, but it wasn't opened on the long weekend so we had to visit Parkview BMW instead. During our visit, we met Cherry Jiang, who is one of the client advisors at that dealership. My wife and I were very happy with her service. She took us for the test drive (both X1 and X3) and she was very patient and helpful. Throughout my visits there, I have never felt any pressure of not buying the vehicle. Basically I felt I had 100% of the control on which vehicle I want to buy and when to buy it. Cherry was also a good listener and she tried to understand our needs. In the end, we got a deal that we were happy with. I should note that there was one minor issue with the selected options, but Cherry gave me a very reasonable resolution that we had no complaints about. Overall, I’d definitely recommend her to people who are looking to purchase a BMW. And I’ll definitely have her to be my client advisor again if I decide to purchase another BMW. More
