I visited him three times. Every time I went there, he was always so nice to me, never get mad. At the end, I was deciding whether to buy bmw 330i or Benz C300. It was really hard choices for me. However, Adam negotiated a really good price from his manager. It took him at least half an hour to negotiates the price for me. At last, I purchased my first bmw because his patient and hard work. Frank was very helpful, he had someone test drive my car and see if they could understand the problem I was experiencing. First driver said the car was fine but I still thought it wasn't. Frank was happy to get another member of his staff come for a test drive. On the second test drive the driver again said the car was fine but also went on to explain why I was feeling what I was feeling with regards to the drive. I've had some rough visits with this dealership and I've thought about getting a different brand of car; but today parkview bmw was superb and the level of service I received was exceptional. More
