My first BMW X3 Great service, great cars, great coffee!!! On the day of pick up I forgot my documents at home, and would have to go back by bus very far. Josh - our sale assistant - drove me home and back and saved me a day!!! I have to mention - it happened after we already paid. I mean he didn't need to please us to make the sale as we already were the clients. He had not to do it, but it was just nice. He also answered all our questions very professionally. I really value his help and great attitude. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good German cars, good service, and good people. I've compared prices and offers from other dealers just to compare and Robert always come back with the best pricing and offers. We trust him to the point where my last purchase took 10 minutes, and then I helped myself to the coffee and snacks! lol BTW, when my wife took our last Beemer in for servicing, Roberto gave her his own car (we found out afterward), talked to the service people and made sure we were taken care of. Now that's called service. I'll be replacing my Infiniti (personal car) to a Beemer 540 when it comes up for lease expiry, just because my experience with Roberto at Parkview was exemplary. I always recommend my friends and family to Roberto. More
