Upon my first touchpoint with them over the phone to the last signature on the bill of sale, everything was phenomenal. Ken, my client advisor, was able to walk me through everything I needed to know. He took the car out of the showroom and set it up for an enjoyable and stress-free test drive. Nothing was pressured, he was very easy to talk to; very down to earth and is focused on ensuring there's a relationship to be built with you, the car, himself, and the team. In my purchase, there were some things I had questions on where Ken introduced me to Lambri. Lambri was not only able to answer every question I had and then-some, he was also proactive in giving me information that I didn't even think to ask. He also took a personal interest in things that were important to me, and provided some resources for me to look at when I had the time. Samatha was exceptionally helpful in explaining to me the logistics of the sale, the delivery, and all the particulars I needed to know. I actually got a custom plate ahead of time, and she was able to get that registered no problem. She also was forward thinking to remind me about all papers I needed to bring with me upon delivery, which I would have come to the dealership empty handed hadn't I got the reminder. She also worked with the team to get Adrian as my BMW Genius who went over everything with me in the car. Adrian was exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and energetic about explaining to me all of the cool features of my 7 series. Any time I had to stop and ask a question he was able to answer it immediately and completely. I want to circle back on his energy too - he was filled with positivity and enthusiasm. It really makes the world of difference when you get to the dealership and see everyone else is equally as excited as you are! Plus, I got a bow on the car. How can I not have the biggest grin on my face?! Overall, I can say with absolute certainty that this has been an amazing experience, and because of it has secured me as a loyal customer and unofficial evangelist for Parkview BMW as a whole. Great experience If I wasn't lucky to meet Bilal I would probably not be driving a BMW X5 Diesel now, and my new car would be from some other manufacturer..
