I was looking for the right car for some time and when I called Ken my expecta Congrats for Ken and John on being able to understand me as a customer. I was looking for the right car for some time and when I called Ken my expectation was to only talk the numbers (Sales reps usually need to give you the speech on how good the car they're selling is and bla, bla, bla). Ken went straight to the point and a matter of 2 or 3 phone calls in 1 hour period we had all terms discussed and aligned. Other dealers felt they must give me the "sales speech" and Ken was good on understanding my style and adapting to it. Everything we discussed was executed flawlessly and expectations were realistic settled up since day one. The best experience when comparing to the last 5 cars I bought. More
