Obviously I already had a car in mind but when it came time to meeti Josh was absolutely amazing when it came to helping me find the right car for me. Obviously I already had a car in mind but when it came time to meeting him and talking about the car, he was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He’s also not like most car sales persons in the sense that they really try to push for a sale and in some cases they say you might not get your deposit back if you don’t give them a definitive answer and/or buy the car. He assured me that my deposit would be refunded if I choose not to buy the car which allowed me as a buyer to feel more comfortable with Josh and in turn, I ended up pursuing the car and buying it in the end. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle from Parkview BMW. He deserves more than just 5 stars!! More
