For a first buyer, and a new immigrant, the first and foremost criteria is to look for a reliable purchase experience. Keeping this in mind, I had tried different brands from various dealers. On my first casual visit to Parkview BMW, I was guided by a senior sales manager Mr. John Toth. He listened to my criteria to buy the car and we zeroed in on X-series. During the test drive, he practically demonstrated the features and how the car responds to unusual road and driving conditions. After a very detailed discussion for 3 hours, I was clear that no other equivalent brands such as Jaguar(Fpace), Rangerover (Discovery), Audi(Q5), Lexus(RX-350) has the technology that BMW offers from a driver's perspective for comfort and safety. Our decision to buy X3 was majorly because we were explained the technology of BMW so well. Didn't experience this clarity of technology knowledge in any other test drives i had. After we purchased the car, the finance manager Ms.Samantha Chow took us through each of the protection warranty program available patiently. We literally asked her every possible scenario of claiming the warranties and we carefully chose the best option. Kudos to her for the amount of clarity and patience she brings forth. Helped me to take informed decisions. Never have I felt this content of purchasing anything in my life! :) Thanks Mr. Toth for your personal care in understanding my driving needs. My view about how lame and tricky sales person can get is changed forever! A true sales person is one who gets sold to his customer's needs! And Mr.John Toth thanks for being reliable. And a general observation about Parkview BMW is that, every employee is passionate about their BMW technology , something I didn't notice in another BMW dealer( name not disclosed for plain courtesy) we visited :) . Awesome experience! I bought my last car from Aaron in the pre-loved department. He partnered with Terry in the new car department for this sale. Terry's subtle humour may he lost on some, but I find him quite amusing. He gave my friend and I a great deal on our cars. Gold star treatment from start with finish.
