I was well informed about all of the add-ins that dealers will sell you after agreeing to buy the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised that each one was well explained. There was no high pressure sales and all of the financing info was explained openly and clearly. Grove Dodge also gave our whole family some free gifts to pick out at the accesories counter to take home. Not a big deal but it is something no other dealer has offered before. More
