Very accommodating when bringing in my trade but was a little upset at the way the sales manager handling my file downplayed my trade in when we both knew they were getting a steal. Had a few things touched up on my "new" truck and the service department was excellent. Friendly, went out of their way to ensure I was getting the right tonneau cover and did any fine adjustments I asked for. Overall a very good experience. More

Horrible service and mgmt Don't stand behind there work had a fuel filter come loose thousands of kms after it was put on than they charged me 80 to torque it rather than 100 f Don't stand behind there work had a fuel filter come loose thousands of kms after it was put on than they charged me 80 to torque it rather than 100 for a new one pretty sad to say that they charged 80 to retorque my old filter when to get a new one and torque it which u have to when installing would of been 100 now in a couple Months I will need a new filter and have to pay 100 for it lol what a joke More
