Out of province sales can be tough at the best of times but the entire team at Grove overcame the couple of small snags we had quickly and efficiently to make it all work out perfectly. Very happy, as always Every time I bring my Jeep to this service centre the staff is friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. It's organized, there is flow. I was especially happy with Annette Kwolik at my last visit. I felt like she cared and it wasn't just routine, everyday stuff. You can tell she likes her job. She knew her stuff. I feel like she really went above and beyond and took the time to explain everything that needed work or to be looked at. - Thank you Annette. I hope you're enjoying the new location. I hope to see you next time. The lounge area and the shuttle service is an extra bonus at this location. Only thing I could suggest to make the service/experience a smidgen better and for a service centre to go that extra mile is hopping into a clean vehicle. Just a quick rinse off on the exterrior before I pick it up would make me take notice. This isn't a deal breaker though, I'm not breaking up with you over this. ;) More

Awesome!!! This is our 5th vehicle that we purchase at Grove Dodge. I emailed them Monday afternoon asking them if they had the truck that I was looking for and This is our 5th vehicle that we purchase at Grove Dodge. I emailed them Monday afternoon asking them if they had the truck that I was looking for and of course they did. We picked up our truck on Monday evening. They waited for us to get there as we both work and had to drive 1.5 hours to get there. They answered all our questions. Worked to get us the best possible deal.
