Recent Oil Change I purchased my new 2017 /Dodge Grand Caravan in June of 2017 and I have been extremely happy with the sales person Steven, finance Manager Marcello Ci I purchased my new 2017 /Dodge Grand Caravan in June of 2017 and I have been extremely happy with the sales person Steven, finance Manager Marcello Cimino and most recently the service personnel. I received a call advising me that my vehicle was due for an oil change and I booked it immediately. The service person was pleasant, funny and very professional. When I explained that I was having a problem getting my rear seats folder and back into position. He was more than happy to show me and it turns out that I was missing a step in the process. Marcello worked very hard to get us the financing for our new vehicle and was very thorough in explaining everything along the way. Steven was very pleasant, informative, helpful and took the time to find out my needs and what was important. Great service from everyone and I'd gladly suggest this location for a purchase of a vehicle. Excellent work! More

Routine Service I was very disappointed that my brand new truck which I purchased a very expensive extended warranty on, during its first service, was not eligible fo I was very disappointed that my brand new truck which I purchased a very expensive extended warranty on, during its first service, was not eligible for a wheel alignment for an issue that existed since it was purchased new. I was 322 km past what you consider to be the 20000 km "warranty period" for wheel alignments. Most dealers would have made concessions to help a customer out with this issue. I would clarify though, I did not purchase the vehicle nor the warranty through Grove Dodge, merely came here for service as it is closest to my home. Although there was no assistance with the alignment issue, Clint was a very friendly and respectful representative, he was just unable to help at all. More
