She explained things to me clearly and didn't rush through the procedure of work needed. Previously, I had taken my car in for service at a city Dodge dealer where I bought the car. I came to expect a certain style of service and treatment from my experiences at the service dept. Here, I found the atmosphere friendly and relaxed which made a good impression on me. Every car owner will need service from time to time. We want good work done on our cars; we pay a lot for it. And we want to be treated with respect and have the work needed laid out and have the final OK on work done. I did receive such treatment. I will be having more work done when a needed part comes in.
