Knows her stuff. Calls when she says she will call, asks for permission before doing extra repairs. Keeps you and your vehicle current on what needs to be done and the importance of each item. Must do or should do or recommend do. This way you can budget for it. Work done is always correct and I'm always happy when I leave. Good job team. More

I felt respected and valued as a professional woman. As a well educated, professional woman it can be difficult to navigate the terrain of major purchases in areas that I know nothing about (i.e. cars). They executed their behaviour in a client-centred way and immediately addressed the few issues I did have.I would recommend that other women in my demographic give this dealership a chance since they will feel comfortable and respected.
