Returned and was advised of the very serious issues. The Tech, Mathew came out and we went to the service area and he explained to me all that is wrong. Most all of the electrical sensors in the exhaust system are not working. We discussed and the work was completed. I was kept apprised of the situation at all times and the staff, Annette and Mathew were delightful to deal with. I was anticipating a bit more of a price reduction since I am a several times return costumer, both with new purchases and services. More

The sales manager is a quick talker, so take your time but be rushed by them. And find out all details, they kept promising to do the 3M on the front of the truck, turns out it was only the hood and a small portion of the corner of the front fender, yet they kept saying full front 3M. I fought for them to do the full package, which still by industry standards is not the "full 3M package". More
