Vehicle maintenance I took our dodge Ram 1500 eco diesel in for the first service and the service person was very attentive to my concerns and was a great help. As a side note I had some issues with the truck in January and they took it in very quickly and found the problem and offered some very good advice to myself and my wife with regards to driving a diesel vs gas vehicles. Excellent customer service. I brought my journey in for an oil change and to get my key fobs looked at as they have not been working properly. I had such a great experience. I had nice young man shuttle me to Walmart while I waited. He was very polite and easy to talk to. When I came back to get my car I was very happy that they had fixed my fobs and even washed my car for me. I was very impressed with the friendly customer service I recieved. We usually go to Crosstown because that is where we bought our car. But I like that I can get exceptional service so close to home. More
