Coming back in February to buy a secondary vehicle, I hadn’t even parked in the parking lot, was having a personal conversation on the phone in my truck and Leandro Is knocking on my window interrupting my conversation asking to buy my truck and make a deal. Extremely rude, I then hang up my call after being interrupted to him, and state I have an appointment with another salesman, which in turn makes him talk down to the other salesman and say I can do better than him. Needless to say. I did not buy another vehicle that day. Fast forward to Later, after I got over the sour taste of that salesman, we did end up buying a secondary vehicle (not from him) and again his cocky arrogant attitude shined through as he tries to put him self in every situation and act like he’s the best salesman there is. Even during service appointments as we just walk around the dealership waiting for our oil changes, he is constantly pestering you to look at the new vehicles, and he can make a good deal etc. There is a typical salesman, and then there’s him. He is pushy, arrogant, rude and cocky. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from him, and as of now. We will be taking our service elsewhere just to not have to deal with him. I have not once entered the dealership without being pushed around by him, even after saying no thanks. Everyone else at this dealership is wonderful, but that gentleman will make it so I never go back, and definitely will never refer there again myself. More

Norman, Service manager got my car in ASP and had it all repaired in one day which was great since I had bee the Service department were great to me.
