With strongly advise taking your vehicle elsewhere. We brought our van in over the summer for warranty work. It was in the shop for about a month. Within 24 hours of getting it back, the van was leaking coolant. When we returned, we were told it was just an “air bubble” from the repairs and were given a bottle of coolant and sent away. Another 24 hours later, the engine light came on and the van was once again losing coolant. We brought it back in and were provided a loaner vehicle, which we had for four months. Communication throughout that time was minimal. When we did speak with the service manager, we were made to believe the issue was complex and actively being worked on. In early December, we received a phone call telling us we had approximately 24 hours to return the loaner, despite our van still not being fixed. We were threatened with towing or daily charges if the loaner was not returned. There was no prior notice or effort to give us a reasonable heads-up. The general manager, Troy, told us our only options were to: • Take the van elsewhere • Pay out of pocket for an engine replacement, despite having warranty coverage • Or trade the vehicle in To make matters worse, the warranty company was not even aware the dealership still had our vehicle. We ultimately took the van to another mechanic, who diagnosed the issue within one hour. The engine is now being replaced and is fully covered under warranty — something this dealership claimed was not an option. Being forced to return the loaner just two weeks before Christmas put us in an extremely difficult position. Had we been given proper notice or accurate information earlier, we could have moved the vehicle elsewhere sooner and avoided being forced into paying for a rental during the holiday season when many shops were closed. I fully expect management to respond claiming they “did their best,” followed by a sudden influx of 5-star reviews. I strongly encourage anyone considering this dealership to read through the reviews carefully, as there is a clear pattern of service-related complaints. This was a stressful, poorly handled experience from start to finish. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. More

The dealer pressured us into financing through them to "save" $2,000 — a manipulative tactic when we were ready to pay cash. I pointed out oil leaking under the car during the purchase. They inspected it and dismissed it as a spill from a recent oil change. After driving it home, my local dealership diagnosed a leaking oil pan — $1,000 repair. When I called Parkland to have them address it, they had no real solution and simply told me to bring it back so their mechanics could "look at it and see if there was a problem" — despite already having inspected and dismissed it. After I reminded them of that, they stopped responding altogether. Avoid this dealership. Get an independent inspection and don’t fall for their financing pressure. Very disappointed. More

I moved out to Spruce Grove a few months ago. I switched dealerships to service my 2020 RAM 1500 to Parkland. My most recent experience was not great. Starting with booking the appointment, the p I switched dealerships to service my 2020 RAM 1500 to Parkland. My most recent experience was not great. Starting with booking the appointment, the person on the phone clearly had little idea about servicing. I simply wanted to get my winter tires mounted and balanced and have my side mirror defroster looked at because it stopped working. I asked the cost of the tire change and was told $167 then corrected to “well actually it’s starting at $99” when asked what starting at means, I was told “it’s just before tax”. When arriving at the dealership I was told no it’s $167. Next I made an appointment for 10am. They were to mount my tires then quote the fix for my mirror and contact me after checking to see if it would be covered under my extended warranty. I was never asked if I needed my truck back for a certain time so I was under the impression this would happen right away. I heard nothing by 3pm. I called but got a voicemail so I left a message. No call. So I called again at 3:30 as we had an appointment for 4 and wanted to know if it would be ready. No answer just voicemail. So I went in at 4:30pm in person to see my vehicle parked outside on the side. When I inquired I was told they need to replace the entire mirror and the parts had not been quoted yet, and of course it will not be covered under warranty. I said I’ll just take my truck and they can email me the quote. Only to find out my tires had not been done yet! I was told it would be 10 more minutes until my truck was done. I waited for another hour for my truck. I was told “we had such a rush for tires today”. As the excuse. To me if you have appointments then this should not happen. You should be serving your appointments before walk ins always. At the very least you should be asking your customers if they need their vehicle by a certain time if you’re doing that. On top of that I was not offered a car wash when every other dealership I have serviced at has offered one complimentary. Even the mirror they had looked at was completely smudged and dirty I couldn’t see out of it and had to clean when leaving. The only reason you get 2 stars instead of 1 is the price of your tire change beat all the other stores I had contacted. Albeit by $5, but it was convenient since I needed the mirror looked at. Next time I’ll pay the $5 extra dollars to have my truck back in a reasonable amount of time. I will not be servicing here ever again. More
I would rather buy a bus pass then a vehicle from this dealership. Bought a 2021 jeep, two days later major engine malfunction. 2 week to fix the vehicle. Got it back. Still massive problem. Emailed the G dealership. Bought a 2021 jeep, two days later major engine malfunction. 2 week to fix the vehicle. Got it back. Still massive problem. Emailed the GM, who refuses to respond to me. Got in touch with head office. Sent me a message saying that want to discuss the issue. But it's been two weeks and nothing. Would never buy from parkland Dodge, or another dodge product again. No wonder North american brands are dying. No respect for customers and how much they pay for these garbage vehicles. Buy Toyota More
