Only reason I give a 1 star is because you can't leave a zero! Worst experience ever multiple times. Buy a vehical with bumper to bumper warranty bring the vehical in for repairs and tell the lady if its no zero! Worst experience ever multiple times. Buy a vehical with bumper to bumper warranty bring the vehical in for repairs and tell the lady if its not covered by warranty call me and ill bring it back to the dealership I got it from for repairs they hold my truck for a few days to only inspect visors, dome light and a headlight that flickers (no work is done) im then told it'll be a 250$ fee when its covered by warranty!? I told the lady when she told me this nit was disgusted prior that if it costs money out of pocket it wasn't going to be fixed there. I then asked for the general manager and was told he was on holidays after expressing myself about that and being angry that they didn't listen to me at all I was told im no longer welcome at the dealership and all work was canceled even tho it was covered by dodge warranty!? I then walked up front to find the general manager that was apperently on holidays spoke with him he gave me my keys back and told me to leave as his employee cried up a story I was swearing at her when my response was im not (f***en paying for warranty work thats covered and was talked about) multiple times. I do not advise dealing with these people More

Lured me into dealership to look at Jeeps, negotiated a purchase that included All Weather floor mats, some swag and a gift that I chose for the promotion thay had on, I chose a $250 Amazon gift card. Went to pick up Jeep, no floor mats were even installed, had to remind the sales person about the agreement. He obliged and got the floor mats and swag from parts. I asked about the gift card and he said they would be digital and emailed. After a couple weeks I inquired multiple times to different staff who either ignored me or told me to be patient. The sales manager eventually contacted me to tell me that the sales person told him that I traded it for the mats. There was never a discussion about that..he informed me that he would have to pay for them from his commission, that is not my issue, the mats were to be included. The sales person had no real input into anything, he was of a lot boy amd fixed the test drive plate onto vehicles. I was dealing with a promotions rep from Stellantis. I didnt even meet the sales manager throughout the purchase steps. I am fairly disappointed in Parkland Dodge, I have purchased many vehicles from them and had them do a lot servicing either personally or with my company. I WILL be travelling into Edmonton from now on. I know that a lot of dealerships aer shady and I never even considered Parkland to be untill having to deal with their new managment/ownership. Wouldn't recommendthem to anyone going forward. Pretty sad over $250 More
Have called emailed numerous times no one returns calls or emails Was over charged for 2 litres of oil that my vehicle can not hold, ordered tires and the wrong ones were installed When I got the vehicl or emails Was over charged for 2 litres of oil that my vehicle can not hold, ordered tires and the wrong ones were installed When I got the vehicle back from a service the tire sensors were on the wrong wheels and was asked if I really want them changed or can we not bother correcting, Was charged for the use of rags and the mechanics tools and yet the labour rate is $179.95 so why is this not covered in this Extremely disappointed, from my first service to now 2 years apart this has fallen off a cliff for service More
