The call center is terrible to use for bookings. I was told they can shuttle me to my workplace in edmonton which is 15 min from the dealership. After checking my truck in they told me they cannot d I was told they can shuttle me to my workplace in edmonton which is 15 min from the dealership. After checking my truck in they told me they cannot drive me to my workplace for "only" an oil change and that I would have to wait 1-1/2 hours for the truck to be ready. If I had of known they could not shuttle me, I would have booked in over the weekend or planned better with my workplace. Needless to say, I left with no oil change and took my business elsewhere.
