I moved out to Spruce Grove a few months ago. I switched dealerships to service my 2020 RAM 1500 to Parkland. My most recent experience was not great. Starting with booking the appointment, the person on the phone clearly had little idea about servicing. I simply wanted to get my winter tires mounted and balanced and have my side mirror defroster looked at because it stopped working. I asked the cost of the tire change and was told $167 then corrected to “well actually it’s starting at $99” when asked what starting at means, I was told “it’s just before tax”. When arriving at the dealership I was told no it’s $167. Next I made an appointment for 10am. They were to mount my tires then quote the fix for my mirror and contact me after checking to see if it would be covered under my extended warranty. I was never asked if I needed my truck back for a certain time so I was under the impression this would happen right away. I heard nothing by 3pm. I called but got a voicemail so I left a message. No call. So I called again at 3:30 as we had an appointment for 4 and wanted to know if it would be ready. No answer just voicemail. So I went in at 4:30pm in person to see my vehicle parked outside on the side. When I inquired I was told they need to replace the entire mirror and the parts had not been quoted yet, and of course it will not be covered under warranty. I said I’ll just take my truck and they can email me the quote. Only to find out my tires had not been done yet! I was told it would be 10 more minutes until my truck was done. I waited for another hour for my truck. I was told “we had such a rush for tires today”. As the excuse. To me if you have appointments then this should not happen. You should be serving your appointments before walk ins always. At the very least you should be asking your customers if they need their vehicle by a certain time if you’re doing that. On top of that I was not offered a car wash when every other dealership I have serviced at has offered one complimentary. Even the mirror they had looked at was completely smudged and dirty I couldn’t see out of it and had to clean when leaving. The only reason you get 2 stars instead of 1 is the price of your tire change beat all the other stores I had contacted. Albeit by $5, but it was convenient since I needed the mirror looked at. Next time I’ll pay the $5 extra dollars to have my truck back in a reasonable amount of time. I will not be servicing here ever again. More

I BROUGHT MY TRUCK THERE TO CHECK MY DRIVER SIDE HEAT PADS . THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE NOT REPAIRABLE AND THEY SHOULD BE REPLACE FOR $ 2,600.00 , I WENT ON LINE AND CHECK THE MOPAR SUPLIER AND THE PARTS WHERE $700.00 AND NOT $ 1,900.00 THEY WHERE CHARGING . IN THE THE END THEY CHARGE ME 1,400.00 TO REPLACE THE 2 HEAT PADS . I GOT MY PARTS BACK FROM THEM , I METERED THE HEAT PADS WHEN I GOT HOME AND DID NOT FIND ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM ,THEN I TOOK THEM TO A CHRYSLER DEALER IN THE CITY AND THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY PROBLEMS , THEY SAID THAT THEY WHERE GOOD . MY NEW SEATS TAKE 10 MINUTES TO WARM UP JUST LIKE MY OLD ONES .THERE IS NO DIFERANCE . THEY COMPLETLY RIP ME OFF . AFTER ALL THAT THEY DID A RECALL DOWNLOAD ON MY TRUCK AND COMPLETLY SCEWED IT UP . TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD COST ME $1,300.00 JUST TO GET MY TRUCK TO RUN AGAIN AND $3,000.00 TO GET IT TO RUN PROPERLY AGAIN , THEY HAD MY TRUCK FOR 4 DAYS AND IT COST ME $3,940.01 FOR MY TRUCK BACK . I KNOW BUISNESS IS SLOW BUT DOES NOT GIVE THEM A LICENSE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF .THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS KIND OF RIP OFF . I would rather buy a bus pass then a vehicle from this dealership. Bought a 2021 jeep, two days later major engine malfunction. 2 week to fix the vehicle. Got it back. Still massive problem. Got in touch with head office. Sent me a message saying that want to discuss the issue. But it's been two weeks and nothing. Would never buy from parkland Dodge, or another dodge product again. No wonder North american brands are dying. No respect for customers and how much they pay for these garbage vehicles. Buy Toyota More

After multiple visits for the same issue, this time I was assured it was fixed. To my surprise, when I arrived to collect my vehicle, it was not fixed at all. TERRIBLE service. Took 8 hours to do a 2 hour inspection and oil change. Dropped the vehicle off at 8:00am and when I called at noon for the status I was told to call Took 8 hours to do a 2 hour inspection and oil change. I was charged over $100 more than the estimate. I will NEVER visit them again and will advise others not to waste their time. More

I told him to have the dealership put on All weather tires and he had that added to the purchase price. They installed all season tires instead of all weather tires. When I asked the salesman said that the tires on it were really good so no one knew why he wanted new tires. I said because he wanted the 3Peak mountain symbol for winter driving, not M+S tires. Now we have to go buy winter tires elsewhere. Now for my wife's Jeep, very little communication on their part. I had to go ask them when the running boards will be in because they were supposed to be in Monday. The salesman went to find out and instead of coming back and telling me he phones my wife to tell that they're in. She messaged me to tell me that. So I then asked what about the mudflaps we wanted on it too, he said he didn't know anything about mudflaps. But when we were dealing on it we said we wanted: a tow hitch, tow package wiring, mud flaps amd the 3M film protection. He even wrote it down. So now I have to purchase aftermarket mudflaps because he screwed up. Now for my 2023 Ram. I was charged $24 over and above for my wheel alignment because the steering wheel was crooked from th factory and I had asked for it to be straightened when they did the alignment. I guess to them that's worth an extra $24 in charges. Well that was the straw that broke the camel's back, I'm done with Stellantis products. When it's time to buy a new truck I'll be buying something else. Thank you for low quality and even lower customer service More
A simple battery problem turned into the worst customer service experience ever. Too much staff turnover in service department probably resulting from very poor leadership, from the General Manager to the service experience ever. They don’t tell the truth, they don’t return calls and don’t care about their customers. It took 4 days to replace a battery. 3 days later they got the vehicle back because brand new battery was dead again. Then took 7 weeks to get it fixed. If we would not have called & called & called & emailed & called, we would still be waiting. Instead of admitting they lost our work order & had to order part again, they lied and said it wasn’t in! Everyone there, including the General Manager & especially Service Manager needs to take a course on customer service and how important it is to retain your customers. Be careful dealing with this dealership and if you have to, make sure you follow up on everything they tell you. Very, very disappointing! More
