I visited Parkland Dodge hoping to get some maintenance done on my truck. I showed up without an appointment and they were still able to get me in . The staff was friendly and professional! And called another uber to pick me up and bring me back to pick up my truck. The uber driver got lost and was driving around in circles- staff at parkland dodge called me to see if I had been picked up and I told them no! They monitored the whole situation and stayed late past the service department closing at 6pm. Great customer service from this dealership and I will continue to bring my truck there for service / maintenance. And indefinitely would recommend them to my friends and family! More

Came in with a known aux battery issue. The dealership recharged the battery and did not replace it. Fialed the next day. Poor service technician to investigate the issue. Only reason I give a 1 star is because you can't leave a zero! Worst experience ever multiple times. Buy a vehical with bumper to bumper warranty bring the vehical in for repairs and tell the lady if its no zero! Worst experience ever multiple times. Buy a vehical with bumper to bumper warranty bring the vehical in for repairs and tell the lady if its not covered by warranty call me and ill bring it back to the dealership I got it from for repairs they hold my truck for a few days to only inspect visors, dome light and a headlight that flickers (no work is done) im then told it'll be a 250$ fee when its covered by warranty!? I told the lady when she told me this nit was disgusted prior that if it costs money out of pocket it wasn't going to be fixed there. I then asked for the general manager and was told he was on holidays after expressing myself about that and being angry that they didn't listen to me at all I was told im no longer welcome at the dealership and all work was canceled even tho it was covered by dodge warranty!? I then walked up front to find the general manager that was apperently on holidays spoke with him he gave me my keys back and told me to leave as his employee cried up a story I was swearing at her when my response was im not (f***en paying for warranty work thats covered and was talked about) multiple times. I do not advise dealing with these people More
