"I recently booked a service appointment for my car at BMW North Shore, expecting a smooth experience. As someone who expects premium service from a brand like BMW, this experience fell short of my expectations. This dealership uses fake marketing methods to attract consumers to use their service. Then, they break the promise by not honoring the terms and conditions. After I contacted the service department multi consumers to use their service. Then, they break the promise by not honoring the terms and conditions. After I contacted the service department multiple times and requested they honor the promised service terms and conditions, they ignored my request. After all, they want to lure the customer in and not fulfill the promised condition. Another issue spotted is poor record keeping and wrong data entry in their database system for an undefined reason. More
