"I recently booked a service appointment for my car at BMW North Shore, expecting a smooth experience. This was a major inconvenience, as I was not notified beforehand about the extended stay or the lack of courtesy cars. The lack of communication made the situation frustrating and disruptive to my schedule. I would have appreciated a call or notification in advance so I could plan accordingly. As someone who expects premium service from a brand like BMW, this experience fell short of my expectations. I hope the dealership improves its communication and customer service processes to prevent similar inconveniences in the future." More
