We left a number and requested a call back - the person who called asked me to get a quote off the internet. Then he asked whether I was interested in doing business with them. Then I said I was and was looking at finalizing the car in next couple of days and I could return to the showroom to discuss the best deals in 30 mins. I was told they cannot assure even an appointment. Worst, this guy asked me whether there was another Nissan dealer closer to home where I could go to. Excessively rude people. Definitely not going there again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs!!! More

I asked if they wanted a chq for deposit or credit card I signed a deal thinking okay they will call as soon as the car is ready it was for her Birthday I waited and waited no one called I left 8 messages and told them refund it the sales person sad I cannot remember who you are so I called Visa no deposit taken Extremely frustrated I went to Southside and they had the car delivered it with a bow on it and the Managers said its not our fault they have a 2 star rating and on their way to 0 stars Left 10 messages for the General Manager Silvester not one call back this is horrible as I live in Richmond and will not service there the business managers are rude no one had any idea of who was the sales person no card was given a=I will make sure none of my friends enemies ex wives step foot in the place people need to know this is horrible I was not going to write the review but we were in Columbia for 2 months and the owner needs to know his staff and management are horrible the nice thing is I am buying 2 more for my family and a Murano for my self Good Luck Mr ------ as they did not give owners name !!! I will hit every review in my hands google BBB as I am done dealing with idiots! More
