After finding a vehicle I liked on autotrader.ca, I inquired with Pacific Chevrolet. We made a tentative deal over the phone, and I decided to come take a look. Brandi was the one that i was dealing with. We still maintain a friendly relationship and I will do everything I can to try to buy my next vehicle from her at Pacific Chev. I was coming all the way from Vancouver, and Brandi was kind enough to pay for my trip on the ferry, pick me up at the terminal, drive me back to Port Alberni, take me and my friend out for lunch, and pay for my truck, me and my friend to go back on the ferry to Vancouver WITH a full tank of gas of course. After some further negotiations at the dealer on some nit picky stuff (I'm pretty particular), we made a deal. I was pretty happy with the price, and even got some cool schwag to take home with me. Plus, I got a free trip to Port Alberni, which is a beautiful town to visit. A great experience overall. Very happy. Definitely consider Pacific Chev if you're looking to buy a GM product. The salesmen we dealt with on all three occaisions were very knowlegeable, followed up pre-owned vehicles and most recently a new 2012 Chevy Orlando. The service department has also been very good, always washing and vaccuuming my vehicles when they came out of service and always very courteous and honest.
