Salting, brining, and dirt roads can leave your car looking like something that just drove out of a Mad Max, post-apocalyptic dust bowl. Needless to say, the interior can start to look a little neglected as well. I decided to bite the bullet and treat my VW to a silver-level detailing at Owen Sound Volkswagen. The service tech told me that my 2015 Jetta would look like new, but I put this down to a routine line of chat. My cynicism was put firmly in it's place, however, when I was introduced to a car that looked like it just rolled off of the assembly line! Even that easily-smudged cloth panel on the inside of my driver's door looked brand new! It wasn't until my key actually fit in the ignition that I knew for certain that this was indeed my car and not a showroom model. As you can read, this experience impressed me. If you are looking to rejuvenate your car's interior/exterior, Owen Sound VW's detailers won't disappoint. Thank you! OSV is a smaller, family- Owen Sound Volkswagen is where I tend to go because I'm a loyal Volkswagen driver and my town doesn't have a VW dealership. OSV is a smaller, family-owned dealership that may not have an artisinal eatery and gourmet coffee bar, but it's friendly, efficient, and customer oriented. A slight hyper-car-driac, I find the service staff to be particularly patient and persistent in getting to the bottom of an issue, no matter how illusive. It's easy to see that OSV has built up a loyal customer base - people are greeted warmly (usually by name), by owners, management, and front-line staff. The people I have chatted with in the waiting area come from all over to get OSV's personalized, quality service. This dealership has my gratitude and can look forward to my continued patronage. More
