Brand new car damaged twice My brand new car was damaged before I even pick it up; but it wasn't checked over properly so they let me take it home, and I found the damage about 2 My brand new car was damaged before I even pick it up; but it wasn't checked over properly so they let me take it home, and I found the damage about 20 minutes later. They offered to fix the problem, and ended up doing a very poor job on a brand new car. In the end my bumper is covered in black fog, and feels like sandpaper because it kept collecting the dirt from the road. When I called they suggested I drive my car 600km (again because I've already done this once don't forget) so they can have another chance to fix their first and now second mistake. They refuse to fix the bumper out of shop because of the cost and I suppose simplicity. More

Great job Margot and Bob V Jr. I have been dealing with OWASCO VW for over 25 years and have bought 7 cars over that time . At the end of last year I took possession of three cars I have been dealing with OWASCO VW for over 25 years and have bought 7 cars over that time . At the end of last year I took possession of three cars, two GOLF Sportwagons and the new ATLAS. They join my wife's VW Beetle Cabrio in the driveway. Needless to say I am very pleased with the cars the SUV, the service and the support from Margot, Bob Jr. and the entire OWASCO team for all my car needs.
