When it comes to service, this dealership couldn’t be worse. The work was fine but the service advisors are thieves. The service advisor ( Rebecca) automatically added an alignment to pre-paid maintenanc worse. The work was fine but the service advisors are thieves. You think you’re signing for a routine OLF and, when they charge you, they’ve already got you…because you signed for it. I’ve also learned that if they suspect you’re disappointed or upset in any way, you don’t get a survey to complete from Owasco or VW Canada. I am not alone in this experience with Owasco as the same game was played with a close friend. I tried to reach out to management to no avail. I recommend staying away from Service at Owasco. More
