She also was to have an oil change that was never completed or acknowledged after the fact. The service manager said the costs were justified but the are clearly not. We provided a video of the noise later that evening. She had an excuse for that which does not make sense. Also, she could not guarantee a loaner for all the trouble and had a rude, dismissive tone in her email. Our family is very upset with the situation and would not recommend this service department to anyone. More
I have only had good experiences with Otto's. We bought our 2020 Crosstrek there. Servicing is a bit more difficult because they are very busy and appointments take some time to get. I wish there were more dealerships in the area, especially for service (only reason for not giving 5 stars). More

There is a threshold that the review is hidde this here as the Dealership used their employees to mass flag the review and have it removed by Google. There is a threshold that the review is hidden after a certain amount of flags. I’m going to make this review a lot shorter than it needs to be. Before getting into it I’d like to mention that this is only in relation to the service department. I have had a couple interactions with sales and I’m familiar with a few people at this dealership that are fantastic, especially parts. I brought my 2016 WRX in a few months ago for a transmission leak and loss of power. It was a fairly simple fix, my transmission needed some new seals, covered by my warranty and I was all set. After leaving the parking lot, I still had a loss of power. So, I brought it back right away and let them deal with it. After two weeks of paying for a couple fixes that were useless, they asked for me to remove my aftermarket intake to diagnose the issue further. I removed the intake and brought the car back the next day. Following this, they had a ‘senior technician’ come in and blow air into the turbo which he determined it needed to be replaced under warranty which was great. (Possibly meaning me removing my aftermarket intake could’ve been completely avoided). Nevertheless, I had faith. I was happy my car was fixed and back on the road. I went to a local shop to have the car double checked as it still didn’t feel right. This is where I learned this Subaru dealer was hiding something from me. The transmission was still leaking as well as the differential. Which I was never told about, at all. I asked about this to the service manager and the service advisor multiple times. I am now working with another Subaru dealership to completely replace my transmission, which is under warranty until May. It’s really disappointing I had to point this out to another dealer to get this fixed. I asked countless questions to the service team here to understand what was happening to my car, as well as what was wrong with it and I was brushed away without care. I spent $12K+ on new parts, rims, tires, ext. with this dealership and was still treated without care outside of the parts department. I’d love to say good things about this dealer, but after finding out what went on within the service department, I have to say I’m really disappointed. Be cautious and make sure you have a local mechanic do a PPI on your car before dealing with this service department! They’ll hassle you if you don’t know what your talking about - and frankly they clearly don’t like to be paid by Subaru for warranty work. More
I got great service from James Hubbard. My lease was expiring, and I was able to negotiate equity to put towards a new lease. After paying $550 to get it done, 4 days later the error code for the transmission showed up. Had the car towed back and they tried to charge me $2100 to fix it. They siad they would "not take responsibility" for the work done. They wanted me to change a valve body, solinoid, and wire harness in my transmission. I took it to a transmission specialist and they just changed the solinoid for $900 and it works fine. Do not take your car for service at this shop! More
What a joke of a business. A client of mine tried to buy a car from me and wanted an inspection there. They are always trying to make life difficult with scheduling, trying to jump out at you after a week a car from me and wanted an inspection there. They are always trying to make life difficult with scheduling, trying to jump out at you after a week of silence with a short notice "slot" that you must immediately agree to. After about 2 weeks I got an appointment for a specific time. At their request, the morning of I call in a second time to provide the car details (which they refused to take the first time), they start lying that they can't book an appointment without getting the VIN before you arrive. Somehow all other businesses can. And then they inform me that I need to LEAVE THE CAR THE WHOLE DAY for a pre sale inspection, despite an appointment for a specific time. So what's the appointment hour/time for then? They are just a pain in the arse, would probably let different mechanics drive your car throughout the day. Go find a good mechanic that is not a dealer is my advice. More
