Terrible Sevice Department Hi, I had my 2017 BMW X5 towed to otto's due to a flat tire. The car has sat there outside for two days. The service department tells me they would ca Hi, I had my 2017 BMW X5 towed to otto's due to a flat tire. The car has sat there outside for two days. The service department tells me they would call back yet they never do. After being on hold and transfer 3 times finally someone told me that they still don't know and they will call me back. The next day I was told that it would be in to take a look at in the morning. Once again I called back at 12 and they told me the representatives are very busy and they will call me back. Few hours later the place is closed and no call back. The tow truck driver told me that he could have a shop fix my nail in my tire for 24$ in 40 min. Since the car was new I decided to send it to Otto's not only are they going to charge me 60$ (this is outrageous when every other shop flat tire rate is between 20-30$) but now they think because the car has sat in that position for so long that the tire might not be repairable. This is my 4th BMW and my first one was purchased at OTTO's and I had a terrible service experience and left to buy my other 2 from ELite. I gave Otto's another chance since it has been 10 years and the sales rep was really good. Unfortunately I still see that they have not gotten their act together. More

Had this done in last month (April 2017) as part of an oil change.They recommended $4000.00 of work for replacement of suspension parts (controller arms,tie rods, struts etc.) Got a second opinion and most of the work was not necessary. They were correct on one item- a leaky strut. Looks like their mechanic was having a bad day. My service advisor was #1083 and was very professional with me My suggestion is to get a second opinion from a mechanic you trust. More
