Incompetent. I picked up my car and drove it 2 hours home. They call me the next day and ask me to bring it back, they left the security pod in there and needed i I picked up my car and drove it 2 hours home. They call me the next day and ask me to bring it back, they left the security pod in there and needed it back. After some arguing because of the distance I was away from them I agreed to take it back in exchange for a free oil change. When it was time for the oil change, they told me that a car I bought from them wasn't in the system and they wouldn't honor the oil change. So this dealer cost me about 6 hours of my time and all I get is an empty gas tank. More
