Jason Menard My old car was 11 years old, and I decided this year that before the winter I should get a new car, and preferably AWD. So I went with my future son-i My old car was 11 years old, and I decided this year that before the winter I should get a new car, and preferably AWD. So I went with my future son-in-law to visit a few dealerships. My son-in-law new about the Fiat 500S. So we arrived at the Dodge Chrysler Fiat dealership around 5 pm. We were greeted by Jason and he showed us all the features in the Fiat 500S. He was very good at explaining and showing what the car in the showroom had. We then after went for a test drive and we went home after. The next morning I phoned Jason back, and I did another test drive (with my daughter and future husband) and I even took the car to my home to make sure I could get into my narrow parking. . Jason explained the different features in the car, which are quite technologically advanced compared to my eleven year old car. He was very patient! . I have not bought a car in over ten years, and I enjoyed the experience, and did not feel pressured. We went back to the dealership and negotiated the purchase price. When I went to get the car a few days later, Jason was there (although I went quite late in the day) and explained again the features in the car to make sure I understood! He also put my old plates on the car! And he phoned me a couple of days after to make sure everything was fine! So even though I was a bit nervous about getting a new car, I had a very good experience, thanks Jason! More

Mike toujours patiente et souriant a prit le temps de bien etudier mon cas, pour qu'il puisse monter le defit qui etait de me trouver une belle voiture. Mike a travailler tres dur, avec un attitude optimist qui me comfortait et rassurait que rien est impossible. Je suis tres satisfait avec Ottawa Dodge, mais surtout avec Mike Tshilombo qui demontre l'amour pour son travaille et pour ses clients. More
