Took my 2020 dodge ram in on Dec 2023 for breaks. I was advised by OMAR that front back breaks cost $3500 and emergency break needs to be replaced and rods in front of truck need to be replaced. The I was advised by OMAR that front back breaks cost $3500 and emergency break needs to be replaced and rods in front of truck need to be replaced. The emergency break has never been used? I declined took to another dealership. Only front breaks needed to be replaced, there was no issue with front end as I asked them to check. The emergency breaks was also fine. So I can only assume that I was being scammed by OMAR in trying to gouge me for money to replace items not broken or needing repair. Beware of this place, you will get scammed. More
